Ep 8 - Become a Memorable Speaker
Let's talk about how to be remembered, even if you’re terrified to Speak.
Most of us are afraid of Speaking because we don’t know what we’re going to say when we get in front of that audience.
A little structure allows for the spirit to move, so I’m here today to share 5 key questions you can ask yourself as you prepare your next speech, to make sure that you feel more confident as you know that your message will stick with your audience.
This episode also has an incredible story about a client that went from feeling ‘terrified’ to speak, to doubling her business, and getting inquiries 6 months after speaking a new speech!
When you say yes to speaking and put some structure to your speech, you have all you need to be a memorable speaker.

Ep 7 - Speaking Requires Vulnerability
Let's talk about showing up with vulnerability.
Two weeks ago I put myself in the most vulnerable positions I’ve been in as a Speaker. I invited feedback from 50 people, on a keynote I’m creating.
This experience has taught me a LOT, and it is something I’m seeing Speakers experience every week in the Magical Speaker Mastermind. When we have safe spaces, we can show up with vulnerability to learn, grow, and practice. But, when those places are hard to find, we need to create them ourselves.
On this episode of ONE CLEAR STORY, I want you to leave feeling like you are ready to step into vulnerability, instead of running from it. As I share my story and the stories of the Speakers I have the privilege of coaching, you will surely feel inspired to show up with your authentic self, and make more lasting impact, than ever before.
And it all starts with one clear story.

Ep 6 - Less Answers, More Awareness
Let's talk about teaching and storytelling.
We are looking for answers. Answers are available to us, everywhere we look. Between ChatGPT & Google you never have to talk to another human again when you are figuring something out.
And yet, we keep searching. We get the answers, and keep searching for more answers. We do this because the answers aren’t enough.
As Speakers, Leaders, and Business Owners, it is time to start thinking differently about how you are providing solutions for people. They might be asking for answers, but they are looking for awareness. They want someone to come alongside them and empower them to find their own way. This is the journey we’re all on.
Answers are necessary at certain stages along the journey, but let’s begin with awareness of who we are and where we’re headed. Let’s begin with one clear story.

Ep 5 - Are You a Villain or a Hero?
Let's talk about how you talk about yourself.
The truth is, you might be presenting yourself as more of a ‘villain’ in the eyes of your audience than as the ‘hero’ they want to root for and work with. And it all comes down to whether you are talking about “I AM” or “I WANT”.
To explain that, let’s look to Disney!
There’s a LOT we can learn about storytelling from the masters of story. In this episode we’re going to dive into some of our favourite songs from Disney animation films like Moana, The Lion King, and Beauty & the Beast. We’re not doing this just to study what they do, but naturally we want to make sure this helps US show up for our business more effectively.
When you talk about what you want you are sharing one clear story, and inviting the audience to be a part of the journey.

Ep 4 - You Own Your Own Story
Let's talk about the shame we feel about sharing our stories. So many of the people I talk with are finally coming to a place where they say their story has held them back, they have been ashamed of it, but now they are showing up with all of it!
I say, shame no more! (and also, good job!) (and also also, it was always yours to own).
When you choose to fully own your story, you realize that there's nothing anyone 'out there' can do to it, or you. So share what you want, own it all, make your mark.
“Owning” your story is the difference between playing timid and small, and worried that this might come out wrong; and sharing what you know matters most, for any given moment or audience and always standing on your one clear story.

Ep 3 - Why Your Story Isn’t Landing
Let’s talk about what Let’s talk about what you want to happen after you share your story…and more importantly, why you feel like it’s not doing that currently. It’s just not landing.
First off, what do you even mean by ‘landing’? What do you want your story to DO for your audience?
Do you expect an emotional connection? (Is it ‘landing’ if you make people lean in and maybe even shed a tear or two?)
Do you expect people to sign up to work with you right away? (Is it ‘landing’ if there is an immediate return on storytelling; ROS?)
When you know what you’re aiming for, then you can adjust your storytelling to focus on that outcome. But here’s the magic of it all, whatever you want to happen after you share your one clear story, it always comes down to the clarity of the transformation you share.
Perspective shift: Want your story to land? Clarify the transformation.
Ep 2 - This Changes Everything
Let’s talk about what we’ve been struggling with for decades. Purpose. Messaging. Authenticity. Alignment.
We’re hiring people to create our content, we’re trusting robots with all of our creative energy, and still…feel like we’re missing the mark when it comes to storytelling for impact.
One Clear Story will truly change everything in your business.
Perspective shift: keep it simple.
Ep 1 - From Confusion To Clarity
Let's talk about what the real problem is behind your business storytelling. It's simply a lack of clarity.
When you focus on the one clear story that actually matters, confusion fades away, and confidence follows like an old friend, never leaving your side.
Perspective shift: clarity over quantity.
