This is a masterclass in becoming a confident Speaker. You will learn the Five Magical Speaking Tricks from Alex Street.
These specific techniques for Speaking will make sure your message is unforgettable.
With the MSM workbook and notes, you’ll take home this proven structure making it easier than ever for you to craft your own message long after this event is over.
GROW
Each speaker (including Alex!) will get to hear immediate feedback from your peers and the Coaches in the room.
We share what we ‘see’, and how you can ‘stretch’ to improve for next time.
This is where the magic really happens for the Speaker and the Audience. When we want each other to win, we all grow in confidence together.
SPEAK
Throughout the day, there will be dedicated time for about 10 people to take the microphone and practice.
Volunteer to deliver a 3-minute speech you just created, based on the Five Tricks.
This is your chance to practice for a live audience!
Practice your posture, your cadence, your visuals, your storytelling, and audience interaction.
Meet your host: Alex Street
Alex believes your story is your superpower. From performing on stage as an actor to spending 15 years as a pastor, he’s seen firsthand how the spoken word can move people to action.
Now, as a Speaker & Storytelling Coach, he has hosted the Fearless Speakers Academy, live events, the Magical Speaker Mastermind, authored StoryArc, and coached hundreds of communicators around the world.
Alex has worked with international speakers, bestselling authors, and business leaders worldwide, guiding them to clarify their message and create stories that drive real impact.
When he’s not helping speakers, Alex drinks a lot of coffee, watches a lot of Survivor, and plays a lot of board games, living with his wife of 20 years and their three Gen Z kids in Ontario. And he’s just getting started.

It is an perfect venue, with space for speaking, then moving around to workshop, and a beautiful outdoor space to walk and take a breath.

The day will end at 4:30pm, with an optional dinner together nearby.

When I (Alex) was starting out speaking, I had something I definitely took for granted.

There will be space and time for about 10 people total to hold the mic, and share a 3 minute message.

This will give you tricks to use any time you are speaking for an audience (networking, podcasts, presentations, MCing family weddings...)

You can use the tricks, as prescribed, to create a full speech. That is not the design of this workshop, but if that is your aim you will get a clear framework to put it together.

You’re not alone! We’ve had many Speakers start to cry during their 3 minute speeches, and often the other attendees end up crying with them.
The best way to be able to speak through these overwhelming emotions, is to practice. This is the safest place to give that a shot. -
There will be drinks (coffee, tea, juice, pop and water) available all day.
Lunch will be a sandwich / wrap option. Just let us know if you have any allergies.
