Over the 7 weeks of the program you will learn the 5 Magical Speaking Tricks from Alex Street.

Every time you Speak, you get to hear immediate feedback from your peers and the coach / mentor in the room.

SPEAK
Every other week we gather for a live session. Each person gets ‘stage’ time on the call, to deliver a 3-minute speech they have created, based on the 5 Tricks.
This is your chance to practice for a live audience!
Practice your posture, your cadence, your visuals, your storytelling, and audience interaction.
Meet your host: Alex Street
Alex believes your story is your superpower. From performing on stage as an actor to spending 15 years as a pastor, he’s seen firsthand how the spoken word can move people to action.
Now, as a Speaker & Storytelling Coach, he has hosted the Fearless Speakers Academy, multiple Live events, two rounds of this Mastermind, authored StoryArc, and coached hundreds of communicators around the world.
Alex has worked with international speakers, bestselling authors, and business leaders worldwide, guiding them to clarify their message and create stories that drive real impact.
When he’s not helping speakers, Alex drinks a lot of coffee, watches a lot of Survivor, and plays a lot of board games, living with his wife of 20 years and their three Gen Z kids in Ontario. And he’s just getting started.

Sessions
Starting Fall 2026
Meet every other Wednesday 1-3pm EST
If you miss a session live you can watch the recording to see the other speakers, and you can still watch the teaching.
Coaching
Every session will have a 20 min Teaching video recorded, as well as an example speech delivered by Alex.
Each member also gets a 30 min 1:1 Coaching call with Alex.
This is your time to focus on your story specifically, or work through any other Speaking issues you might be having.
Connection
Most of these Speakers are in the same place you are. Whether they are experienced on stage, or just starting out, everyone is looking for a safe place to practice and grow together.
You will have access to a private Instagram group chat, to share what you’re creating and ask for help between sessions.

YES! If you want to Speak, there will be time and space for you to practice. Most of our members come prepared with a new speech (whether they wrote it two weeks or 20 minutes before the call) ready to share.
Even if you can’t Speak on any given week, you are welcome to show up and support the other Speakers.

This will give you tricks to use any time you are speaking for an audience (networking, podcasts, presentations, MCing family weddings...)

You can use the tricks, as prescribed, to create a full speech. That is not the design of this course, but if that is your aim you will get a clear framework to put it together.

You’re not alone! We’ve had many Speakers start to cry during their 3 minute speeches, and often the other members end up crying with them.
The best way to be able to speak through these overwhelming emotions, is to practice. This is the safest place to give that a shot. -
THIS Mastermind is an online-only experience. Look out for the Make Speaking Magical LIVE event for an in-person experience.

No problem. Life is busy. A lot of our members end up missing one or two sessions live.
If you can’t attend a session live you can watch the recording to see the other speakers, and you can still watch the teaching to grow on your own.
