In this 30-day coaching program, you’ll work with me to clarify your Signature Story, craft your Main Message, and develop a compelling keynote that positions you as a standout speaker. Together, we’ll turn your speaking opportunities into transformative moments that captivate your audience.

You’ll also receive a speaking breakdown from one of your live speaking engagements, giving you actionable insights to continuously improve.

What You’ll Receive:


1. Signature Story FULL DAY Session
- We start by spending a whole day together (in-person & virtual options available) so we can dive deep into your personal journey to uncover your core message, and turn that into an outline that is clear and simple for you to create your speech from. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a Transformation Statement—a concise and compelling way to share your story with confidence, and a complete outline for your signature keynote customized for your audience and core message.

Deliverable: Everything you need to go and create your signature speech for the stage.


2. Structure & Content
- We’ll have 2 more virtual sessions, where we edit and clarify the content you’re creating. Here, we fine-tune your speech, focusing on pacing, and flow. We’ll ensure your talk is authentic, aligned with your story, and polished for your audience.  

Deliverable: A fully polished speech with a powerful script, and an outline for slides & visuals, ready for the stage.

3.Practice & Performance
- It’s time to put it all together. You’ll perform your keynote, and we’ll break it down together. I’ll provide feedback on delivery, stage presence, and engagement techniques, ensuring you’re stronger and more confident as a speaker.  

Deliverable: In-depth feedback on your performance, helping you fine-tune every aspect of your delivery for maximum impact.


4. Live Speaking Breakdown (optional)
- After delivering your speech in a live setting, I’ll watch a recording and provide a comprehensive breakdown. You’ll receive ideas for improvement and tips to enhance your future talks.  


Deliverable: A personalized breakdown of your live speech, with detailed feedback on areas for growth and strategies for improving future performances.


Ongoing Support:
- Direct support between sessions via email and Instagram DMs for feedback, questions, and guidance as you craft and refine your keynote.
- You’ll have ongoing access to me for support, ensuring you have clarity at every step.


By the end of this program, you will have:


1. A complete keynote speech, ready to deliver in both short (15-minute) and long (45-minute) formats.
2. A clear Transformation Statement and main message outline to use across platforms (web copy, social media, podcasts, book outlines).
3. Detailed feedback on your live speech performance, ensuring continuous improvement and confidence as you grow as a speaker.
